This was a birthday gift for my husband and even though initially we had a problem with the size, I have to say Customers Service was very responsive, helpful and friendly. Both the chain and bracelet are beautiful, sturdy and look great.
We will definitely purchase some more pieces!

Good quality, I wish I would have went a little longer to go over my head. Instead of undoing the clasp. Also 8mm looks bigger than reality. I would definitely reorder at 10 mm and 24 length. Over all happy with purchase.
