Issues resolved
My original order was marked delivered by FedEx but never arrived. I contacted JAXXON and after some waiting, I received an update confirming they are sending a replacement at no extra cost, with signature required at delivery. Hazel, the customer service representative who assisted me, was friendly, helpful and provided an excellent result. While the situation was stressful at first, I appreciate that JAXXON ultimately took responsibility and made things right.
