How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange outside of the U.S., please visit our Returns Portal. *Note: Customers outside of the United States & located on military bases are responsible for their own return costs, but will be reimbursed in JAXXON store credit.*
How long is my return/exchange going to take?
Please allow up to 7 business days from when we receive your return to process your refund/exchange.

How do I return a gift?
If possible, try to obtain the order number and shipping zip code from the person you received the gift from and go through our Returns Portal.
What is JAXXON's return policy?
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly issue a full refund, exchange, or JAXXON store credit for items returned within 14 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges must go through our Returns Portal to be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by its original packaging and unaltered, unworn, and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund. Items received after 14 days will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please Note: There are NO returns or exchanges on solid gold products or engraved products, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Once any of our solid gold products go into production, there can be NO cancellations. We are not responsible for any personal items accidentally returned to JAXXON. *Note: Customers outside of the United States & located on military bases are responsible for their own return costs, but will be reimbursed in JAXXON store credit. (Returns may be subject to a handling fee.)

Orders + Shipping

How do I track my order?
We will notify you by the contact method on file with all relevant shipping updates and tracking information once your order has been processed. This typically takes 1-3 days, not including weekends or holidays.
How long does shipping usually take?
After your payment is verified, it may take up to 72 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 2pm PST on weekdays will likely be processed and shipped the following day. Purchases made after 9am PST on a Friday or over the weekend will likely be processed and shipped out the following Monday. Once your order has been processed, please allow about 3-7 business days for domestic shipments and 4-14 business days for international shipments to be delivered. *Note: Due to COVID-19 many couriers may be experiencing unforeseen delays.*
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide and use a variety of carriers selected specifically for the fastest delivery speed possible.
How do I qualify for FREE shipping?
At JAXXON we offer FREE Standard Shipping for domestic orders over $75, and FREE Express Shipping for all orders over $200.
Can I expedite my shipping?
All orders over $200 include FREE Express Shipping on us. Orders below this amount will have the option to select Express Shipping (3-4 business Days) for an additional fee. If you desperately need your order expedited after placing it, please contact us immediately via live chat or at contact@jaxxon.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What if I want to change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via live chat or at contact@jaxxon.com. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
If I ordered multiple items, will they all arrive at one time?
If you order multiple items you may get multiple deliveries. This is especially true if you order from our solid gold collection, as we craft each piece to order and want you to receive your products as quickly as possible. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
Do you ship to APO, FPO, or PO boxes?
Yes, we offer USPS Shipping to APO, FPO, and PO boxes. *Note: UPS does not deliver to APO, FPO, or PO boxes, so if you select UPS Shipping as an option at checkout then you will be given USPS Shipping.*
What happens if my order is returned to sender?
Please contact us via live chat or at contact@jaxxon.com so we can verify your correct address and process a replacement order for you.
Which days do you deliver packages?
Our carriers deliver Monday through Saturday from 9am until 9pm.
Do you ship orders to the UK? If so, how will orders to the UK be shipped?
Yes, we offer FREE shipping to the UK. We've partnered with Passport Shipping, and they will be the seller for all orders to the UK £135 and under.

Does JAXXON sell solid gold jewelry?
JAXXON offers a premium selection of solid gold chains, bracelets, rings, and pendants. Our products are crafted using solid 14k Italian gold, as it has the most durable quality of solid gold. The color of 18k gold can often appear oversaturated, whereas 10k can look very dull. 14k gold creates the perfect color for luxurious style, with durability and shine that lasts a lifetime. First, we only work with the highest quality, precious metal chain manufacturers in Italy. Our chains are designed and crafted with obsessive attention to detail and state-of-the-art precision by the best jewelry manufacturers in the world. JAXXON's process for gold-bonding contains a much thicker layer of gold than the standard process, giving our pieces their long lasting color, shine, and durability. Second, while major brands in our industry markup their products 8-10x the actual cost, we chose to do things differently. To make luxury accessible, we've built relationships with the best manufacturers across the world and sell directly to you. Our jewelry is handcrafted with the same top materials and quality craftsmanship as other luxury jewelry brands, but without the traditional markups.
Are JAXXON chains made with real gold and real silver?

Are the gram weights of your products exact, or do they vary?
The gram weight of our products can vary slightly based on manufacturer methods, which is why we estimate our products' gram weights within a 5 gram +/- range.
What is the difference between gold bonded vs gold plated?
All JAXXON chains are produced using only the highest quality and most durable precious metals from solid gold to sterling silver. Our gold-bonded chains are crafted by coating a solid sterling silver chain 3-5x in real gold. This is a very expensive and meticulous process done in Italy by expert jewelers. Most competitors offer cheaply made gold-plated chains with a stainless steel base and thin layer of gold painted over the steel.

Each JAXXON chain is crafted in Northern Italy by expert jewelers who have perfected their craft throughout generations. Four years ago our founders made a trip across the world, visiting some of the most luxurious chain suppliers so that JAXXON could provide a premium product that is truly second to none.

How do I know which size / length chain is best for me
We offer our chains in a range of lengths: 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, & 26. By visiting any product page you will find a chain length size guide that shows these various lengths. Each chain is offered in limited sizes based on popularity and style.
Can I get my chain wet?
We only work with the highest quality and most durable materials from solid gold to sterling silver. You may get your chain wet. Like all precious metals, to maintain lasting shine and durability you will want to keep away from harsh chemicals. We recommend you dry your products as soon as possible by using a cloth towel after getting wet.

Can I personalize my jewelry?
We offer engraving services on select products so you can add a personal touch to your jewelry and gifts! Shop from our engravable collection here. At this time, we can only engrave 1-8 English characters (no emojis). The engraving is size 8 in the Arial font. Due to their custom nature, these products require an additional 1-2 business days to fulfill and cannot be returned or exchanged. The engraving may look different depending on the size of the product and the placement of the engraving. If you have questions about the engraving process or what it might look like, please reach out to our Customer Support Team.
Will the gold bonded chain irritate my neck?
Because our chains are made of the highest quality materials, our chains will not irritate skin or turn your skin green.

Payments

How do I send a gift card?
Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with a JAXXON gift card. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
Does JAXXON offer discounts or coupons?
JAXXON does offer discounts on rare occasions. Make sure to sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know about all discounts or promotions. Only one promo/discount code can be applied to each order, no exceptions. During a sitewide sale, all promo/discount codes are invalid until the sale ends. Promo and discount codes cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed.
When can I expect my refund?
The refund will typically be applied to the original method of payment within 2-7 business days of receiving the return.
How do I check out with Shop Pay?
First, add items to your cart. During checkout, you will be given the option to pay with Shop Pay by clicking "Shop Pay" under Express Checkout or selecting Shop Pay during the payment section of the checkout process. The 3 remaining payments are due 2, 4, and 6 weeks after your order is placed. These payments can be made manually or set up as automatic payments. You can also pay off the installments early or all at once.
How does the Shop Pay payment plan work?
You can split your order amount into 4 equal payments, with the first installment due at checkout. Orders must be between $50 and $3,000 USD, including discounts, shipping, and taxes. Your shipping address must be in the United States to qualify for Shop Pay.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If you fail to make a payment, there are no additional fees or charges, but future applications to use Shop Pay installments might be affected. Your credit will not be affected by missing payments.
Can I return or exchange a product I purchased using Shop Pay?
Yes! Returns and exchanges are still applicable to our policy. If you return your item, the refunded amount will return to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated.
