We use Solid 14k Italian Gold for these products as it is the most durable quality of Solid Gold and is the perfect color. 18k is too cheesy in many cases whereas 10k is too dull. 14k is that perfect color with a rich luxurious look, with a durability and shine that is made to last a lifetime. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly issue a full refund, exchange, or JAXXON store credit for items returned within 7 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges must go through our Returns Portal to be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by its original packaging and unaltered, unworn, and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund. Items received after 7 days will not be accepted for return or exchange. There are NO returns or exchanges on Solid Gold products, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with a JAXXON gift card. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
Does JAXXON offer discounts or coupons?
JAXXON does offer discounts on rare occasions. Make sure to sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know about all discounts or promotions. Only one promo/discount code can be applied to each order, no exceptions. During a site-wide sale, all promo/discount codes are invalid until the sale ends. How do I check out with Afterpay?
Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At checkout choose Installments by Afterpay as your payment method. First time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!
How does the Afterpay Payment Plan work?
All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted automatically every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your schedule pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If you fail to make a payment, you will be charged an $8 late payment fee, and an additional $8 fee if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order amount.

What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?
JAXXON offers an industry leading Lifetime Warranty. Our pieces are designed to last a lifetime, but if your product experiences any issues under normal wear and tear then you are entitled to a FREE one-time repair or replacement of the product. Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover unintentional abuse (water/chemical damage, scratches/scuffs, accidental breakage) or lost/stolen items. Any repairs or alterations performed by any party other than JAXXON will void the warranty. If the particular piece you wish to exchange is discontinued, then we will allow an exchange for something of equal or lesser value.
