Fantastic Customer Service

I ordered the Youth Cuban Link chain and received the delivery confirmation from FedEx it had been deleted. They posted a pic for confirmation but it was nothing but blackness. I was home as well and did not see FedEx come at all. I searched my porches, front steps and mailbox- nothing. I called Jaxxon and the next day they shipped me out a replacement chain and I got it in time for Christmas! I'm am very pleased with the quality of the chain and the great customer service, I highly recommend!
