Outstanding customer service
I had purchased a chain a few years ago that the clasp had stopped working on, so I reached out to Jaxxon customer service. Liv and the team informed me they no longer make the chain model I had and that the warranty period had experienced, HOWEVER these kind and wonderful people went above and beyond to send me a replacement chain regardless of being past the warranty date. What an amazing company, their kindness and willingness to help my situation has earned them a lifelong customer. Also the chain is exceptional quality.
