I’ve bought a few pieces from JAXXON now and trying to go cheaper I went to a different site. I have to say that when it comes to quality JAXXON wins and it is worth the extra few bucks. What solidified me returning to JAXXON was their customer service. I reached out because my chain kept getting locked up in different places and getting a replacement was so easy and fast. Most companies will make it nearly impossible to get a replacement, you have to do so much you give up. But not JAXXON, they are really for the consumer not just themselves

Beautiful Chain Great Quality
My fiance talked me out of it early. I was sad to see the engraving I thought I'd selected wasn't included, as I have his name engraved on these chains when I buy them. So I was disappointed about that. I can't see where I was charged for the engraving though, so it must have got deleted. I'm not sure.
