I am a first time customer of Jaxxon and I ordered this product for my boyfriend's birthday. I was super excited but so disappointed when there were issues with the delivery process and it was never delivered. I contacted Jaxxon customer service and they responded right away to help with troubleshooting and next steps. Jaxxon ended up resending the order for free !! My boyfriend loves his new chain, and I could not be more pleased with the Jaxxon quality and customer service. I will be referring to others and purchasing more in the future!

Great Idea
I wasn't expecting a gift bag thought it would be a box or something to hide the name of item. But I love the idea of the gift bag. Purchased as a gift for christmas. But looks great. Hopefully the recipient likes it.
