Great communication
I had a few questions on changing the size of my necklace and it was super late when I ordered and someone got back with me in less than 5 minutes and changed it to the correct size I wanted. Three days after my neckace came in I bought the matching bracelet

It’s a good weight and amazing quality. It polished nicely and it’s shiny. I got my boyfriend the Franco necklace and the matching bracelet did not disappoint. I highly recommend the bracelet and the necklace. The packaging is also luxurious, minimalist and beautiful.
