I ordered this necklace for a concert and did two-day shipping. Once I received the notice that the delivery date was not going to be within the two days, I reached out to customer service, who responded very promptly and explained the confusion, and then I received the product within the two days after the shipping label was prepared. Once I got it, I tried it on, and it looks amazing and feels high quality.

I Love It!
I belong to an organization where pearls are always worn, both for formal and informal events. All of mine have been costume quality, which doesn't hold up well. I purchased this necklace for a national conference being held in July.I wanted pearl earrings as well, but they were sold out. I will be purchasing another necklace with larger pearls.

The chain is so awesome I get so many positive comments about it from people. I guess some people like it so much that one of them felt the need to come up from behind me while I’m sitting in my wheelchair, taking my dog out and rip it off my neck.
