Beautiful necklace, exchange difficult
The necklace is beautiful. The 8mm size is too
large. I tried to exchange it for the 5mm. This is not possible. I must return and repurchase and pay $10. restock fee and lose my discount code.
You can only exchange for the same exact item???not the best return policy/customer service.
