Chain showed up in perfect condition. The presentation was perfect. Really like the box clasp and the color of the gold is spot on. Haven’t taken it off. I am bummed that I missed out on the free engraving. So maybe make it a step in ordering instead of an after thought. All in all I love it and look forward to my next piece!
