I ordered the gold 22” 5mm Cuban link and matching bracelet. I absolutely loved it, however wished the chain was a tiny bit shorter. I was notified the 20” was in stock and exchanged mine. The exchange process was so easy and now I have exactly what I want.. so far quality has been great and I wear it 24/7.
