I’m very happy with the chain. The gold color looks great, the finish feels high quality, and so far I haven’t had any issues with fading or discoloration. It feels like a well-made product that should last a long time.
The only thing that surprised me was the size. I purchased the 5mm, and based on the photos and videos, I expected it to look a little thicker in person. This is not a complaint about the product at all—I actually like the size I received. However, for customers like me who don’t have much experience with chain measurements, it can be difficult to visualize exactly what 5mm will look like just from close-up photos or videos.
One suggestion would be to show photos or videos of someone wearing the different sizes—such as 3mm, 5mm, and 8mm—from the same distance and angle. I think that would make it much easier for customers to choose the right size, since close-up camera shots can sometimes make a chain appear larger than it actually is.
Other than that, I really like the chain and would definitely purchase from JAXXON again. In fact, now that I have a better understanding of the sizing, I’m considering ordering the 8mm as my next chain.
Overall, great product, great quality, and a very good first experience with JAXXON.
