Refunds + Returns

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied, we will gladly issue a refund, exchange, or JAXXON store credit for items returned within 30 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges must go through our Returns Portal to be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by their original packaging and unaltered, unworn, and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return or exchange.

For solid gold, you can also return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. If you’re looking for a new length, size, or style, we’ll help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Contact our dedicated team to assist you at contact@jaxxon.com.

Please Note: There are NO returns or exchanges on engraved products due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Once any of our engraved products go into production, there can be NO cancellations. We are not responsible for any personal items accidentally returned to JAXXON. *Note: Customers outside of the United States & located on military bases are responsible for their own return costs but will be reimbursed in JAXXON store credit. (Returns may be subject to a $10 handling fee.) We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to deny returns if, in our sole discretion, there has been misuse of our return policy (such as excessive returns, return of empty packages, reseller activity, or fraud).
