Updating An Order Shortly After Placing It
I recently ordered a silver 5mm, 20” Cuban chain and it was delivered a few days ago. They weren’t kidding when they said there chains are too notch. They’re comfortable and look good. I love it so much that I decided to order another but this time, a gold one. When I placed the order, I inadvertently clicked the wrong one. Once I noticed my error, I immediately contacted an agent via their live chat. That’s when I began chatting with Lucy. She was awesome. She was patient, kind, professional and understanding. She made the process feel so easy and relieving. She helped me update my order so I can get the chain I wanted. She provided peace of mind and reaffirmed JAXXON’s mission of quality in all aspects.
