Amazing company!
My boyfriend needed a new chain and i asked my chat gpt what website was the best for an affordable yet classy and long lasting chain. The first one she pulled up was Jaxxon. I scanned their website and social media and was interested immediately. They had all great reviews and images and had a sale going on as well. So I went ahead and ordered the silver cuban link chain. The process was incredibly simple and successful. I even had some questions about the delivery date and decided to dm their instagram page and was responded to so fast. They helped me with exactly what I needed and my order got here right on the day I needed it to even though it said it would be delivered a few days past that. I was so happy with my order and the customer service they provided. Let alone when the chain came in it was sparkling!!! My boyfriend loved it so much. The only problem was that I ordered a 20 in and it looked to small on his neck so I was quick to exchange it for a 22 in. The return process could not have gone smoother and the new chain is already on the way in less than 24 hours. Nothing but positive words for this company and their jewelry. Thank you again for all your help and providing me with a beautiful gift for my man!
