So i contacted jaxxon about my chain and how it tarnished.. with no hesitation they told me to take a picture and send it back and gave me a full refund for a new Cuban chain.. I love there product and the customer service was amazing.. thanks for all your help..

18 inch chain review
We had some issues with the manufacturing of the original chain I bought for my brothers graduation, but the customer service was 10/10. They sent me a prepaid label and had the replacement chain sent to my brother’s address directly. This will be my 3rd chain purchase from Jaxxon! I love them :)
