I recently had a question about an order I placed that was slightly incorrect due to my oversight. Long story short, the Saturday morning after placing my order, I went to the chat option on the Jaxxon website and was pleasantly helped by Leah. She took the time to look into my order and quickly came to a satisfactory conclusion.
