Amazing customer service
I purchased a chain for my son from Jaxxon in March, and we’ve been incredibly happy with it. He wears it every day, even in the shower, and it’s still in perfect condition! Recently, he accidentally yanked the chain and broke the clasp. Even though we were past the 30-day guarantee, I reached out to Jaxxon and was assisted by Fria, who was incredibly helpful and understanding. She allowed us to return the chain and get a new one without any issues. Amazing quality and even better customer service — highly recommend Jaxxon!
