I had an issue with an 8 and 1/2 in bracelet not fitting like my other 8 and 1/2-in bracelet so I started to return and that was easy enough. Soon after a customer relations rep reached out, Pam, to make sure that I was taken care of. They made sure that my return went smoothly and even offered me some store credit which I really appreciated. Now if only I had my 5 mm Cuban link bracelet!😅😂🤣😭😭😭
