I had made a purchase from JAXXON back in december as a christmas gift to my boyfriend who was very excited about the brand and testing out the chain + cuban link set. The product i will admit was not the best. The bracelet kept breaking over and over no matter the amount of times i was sent it. I will give gratitude to the employees who spoke on the phone with patience even after confusion and frustration. Leah, who helped me proceed with a final refund at the end was very kind and i’m greatful for a customer service like hers.
