Beautiful chain and top notch Customer Service!
My son stretched the clasp on his chain. I purchased it just under two years ago. When I contacted Jaxxon to see if I could pay to have it repaired, they offered me a full credit instead so I could repurchase a brand new chain!

Heavy quick delivery
Looks great, feels heavy in a good way. Love the clasp. I have a lot of trouble putting on and removing standard clasps, but this one is solid and easy to clip on and remove without a mirror. Very happy with the purchase and delivery time.
