Lucy is the best!
I have purchased several items from JAXXON and they have all been top tier and beautiful pieces. I recently had a clasp issue with one of my daily chains, honestly I would normally get upset but I had blind faith that JAXXON would come through with a warranty replacement. Long story short, Lucy was able to help me with my warranty and my blind faith had paid off. Lucy was so quick to respond, extremely kind, and a problem solver. She kept me as a happy customer and I will do much more business with JAXXON because of her.
