Great product and customer service
I thoroughly enjoy my product. Great quality and some of the best that I've bought. I also had a great experience with the customer service. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong chain and was able to expeditiously get it taken care of within a few minutes.

Excellent product, but 18” youth is too small.
My son is 14 and I went with the Youth 18” Cuban link 5mm chain. I’d like to exchange for the 20”. Other than that, this was an excellent purchase. Very well made. He’s happy, I’m happy!
