I appreciate all of the staff for answering the questions I had about the warranty and the coverage period for the watch and wedding bands.
Hats off the Jaxxon Sofia was working there in the after hours through the email service and answered my questions involving the warranty. For the watch that was very helpful because I did do that engraving.
Cardi and Lib oh great customer service representatives. They know a lot about the company and I never seen to not have a question I haven't thought of before. They seem to know almost all the answers all the time.

I do like the stone band as well. That's a great wedding band. The stone is sturdy as well as well as the stone in the jx1. Those stones are placed securely.

Best Watch I have ever purchased
This watch got in super fast and for the price I was slightly skeptical as I have always worn watches like FOSSIL or others of a similar price. But I have to say that I was taken away by the craftsmanship and detail put in to the watch, along with it being a perfect matching piece for the cuban links I have.

JX1 Chronograph Watch
I’m surprised with the quality of this watch. Perfect size for my wrist, good weight to it but not too heavy. It feels like a quality make and as if it will last a long time without wear and tear! I’ll be purchasing another watch soon.
