I had originally purchased this in the incorrect size. JAXXON customer service was absolutely fantastic!!!! I think I had the correct size bracket before they received mine back. Super fast shipping and great customer care.
The bracelet is fantastic!!! Look good feel good play good!! Would highly suggest especially for a younger person who is looking for a first or second actual bracelet. It’s very good quality and a very reasonable price. Very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.

I originally was sent a defective bracelet. I contacted Jaxxon about it and they were quick to take care of me. They expedited the shipping as well to get me a new one. These bracelets look sleek. I would def recommend.

I ordered this bracelet for my bfs birthday and he absolutely loves it. The quality is amazing, the size is perfect not too thick and not too thin. I love that this has a different look than a regular Cuban bracelet. We both highly recommend.
