I really love the design and overall quality. However, a word of caution—if you’re unsure about sizing, double-check before ordering. I initially added engraving to my order, but after reading the return policy (which states engraved items are non-returnable), I removed it from my cart. Unfortunately, the engraving still went through somehow, and now I’m stuck with a chain that’s too small and can’t be returned due to the policy. Just be extra mindful when finalizing your order, especially with customizations.
