Small Issue Easily resolved
I love you chains and I'm getting ready to order my 3rd neck chain from you. I did have a small issue where one was supposed to be engraved and it wasn't but they quickly had an easy solution and they paid return shipping and took care of me. Highly recommend JAXXON
