Right out of the box, the quality stands out — it’s got a nice weight to it, and the shine is on point without looking too flashy or fake. Feel solid and well-crafted, not like those thin, hollow chains you sometimes get online. The clasp is secure and easy to use, and I appreciate the subtle branding — it feels premium without being over-the-top, Huge upgrade from the old lobster clasp they had a few years back. The chain itself lays flat, doesn’t twist easily, and pairs clean with both casual fits and more dressed-up looks. Overall great quality for the price you pay for this.

Good quality chains
Ordered this for my bf. This was my 2nd purchase with Jaxxon. Keep in mind they do not accept returns if you get the chain personalized, I found that out the hard way. Thought I ordered a 20” but turns out it was the 18”. I got “love you” engraved on the clasp, the lettering is extremely small, but because it was personalized, they were not able to exchange.
