Mae from the Jaxxon customer support team helped me throughout my entire purchase. I received my chain lighting fast, but upon receiving it, I noticed it had gotten damaged during shipping (I understand that happens, so it's no biggie). Great Chain

Great chain. I've had it for a week now, and have gotten a ton of compliments on it. It's a great weight; shines nicely; very comfortable. Only reason it's 4 stars is I wanted it engraved, and they sent it without my engraving. I'd still buy another one, though.
