10 mm chain 26 inches long with engraving
Hello. I can't thank jaxxon and their staff enough. Not only did the chain exceed my expectations, it was a wonderful process from start to finish. I ordered my chain on 8/11/2025. Site told me I'd have my chain in 3 days. I received a conformation email stating my chain would be delivered on 8/21/2025. I myself didnt take in to consideration extra time for engraving. I contacted customer service and the women confirmed that was what was causing the chain not to be delivered in the 3 day span. I told her I bought the chain for a cruise im going on and was hoping to have it by then which is 8/21/2025. she apologized and said you'd have a beautiful chain to come home to. The very next day I received a 2nd email that stated my chain will arrive on 8/15/2025. That date comes and i receive yet another email while at work saying my chain was delivered. Came home and there it was.
Id like to thank Jaxxon and the staff involved in making this happen for me to have my chain for my cruise. Much appreciated.
I no longer have to look anywhere for a jeweler. I'll look no further then JAXXON for all my future jewelry needs
