What is JAXXON's return policy?
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied, we will gladly issue a refund, exchange, or JAXXON store credit for items returned within 30 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges must go through our Returns Portal to be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by its original packaging and unaltered, unworn, and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return or exchange. All returns are subject to a handling fee.

Please Note: There are NO returns or exchanges on engraved products due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Once any of our engraved products go into production, there can be NO cancellations. How long is my return/exchange going to take?

How do I track my order?
We will notify you by the contact method on file with all relevant shipping updates and tracking information once your order has been processed. This typically takes 1-3 days, not including weekends or holidays. Engraving orders require an additional 1-3 days. You can also track your order through our live chat bubble.
How long does shipping usually take?
After your payment is verified, it may take up to 72 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 2pm PST on weekdays will likely be processed and shipped the following day. Purchases made after 9am PST on a Friday or over the weekend will likely be processed and shipped out the following Monday. Once your order has been processed, please allow about 3-7 business days for domestic shipments and 4-14 business days for international shipments to be delivered.
Does JAXXON ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide and use a variety of carriers selected specifically for the fastest delivery speed possible.
How do I qualify for FREE shipping?
At JAXXON, we offer Free Standard Shipping for domestic orders over $100.
Can I expedite my shipping?
You can upgrade to two expedited shipping options for a fee during checkout. Remember, both upgraded options still follow our standard order processing time. What if I want to change or cancel my order?

If I ordered multiple items, will they all arrive at one time?
If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. This is especially true if you order from our solid gold collection, as we craft each piece to order and want you to receive your products as quickly as possible. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
Do JAXXON ship to APO, FPO, or PO boxes?
Yes, we offer USPS Shipping to APO, FPO, and PO boxes.
What happens if my order is returned to sender?

Are the gram weights on jewelry exact, or do they vary?
The gram weight of our products can vary slightly based on manufacturer methods, which is why we estimate our products' gram weights within a 5 gram +/- range.
What is the difference between gold bonded vs gold plated?
The diffence between gold-bonded and gold-plated jewelry comes down to the amount of gold and its durability. Gold-plating is typically an inexpensive way of adding a very thin amount of gold to a base metal. JAXXON's gold-bonded chains are crafted by coating a 925 sterling silver chain in solid 14k gold and finishing it with an antioxidant solution to preserve its brightness and durability.
How do I care for my JAXXON chain?
Our jewelry is made to last, so wear often and keep your jewelry in a microfiber pouch or our JAXXON jewelry case to keep oxygen at bay. Pat dry with a cloth towel after getting wet and use our Jewelry Cleaning Kit to maintain your jewelry’s beautiful shine.
Where are JAXXON chains produced?
We partner with some of the most well-respected and established jewelers around the world, with 30 to 40 years experience in the industry. Five years ago, our founders made a trip across the world, visiting some of the most luxurious chain suppliers in Northern Italy so that JAXXON could provide a premium product that is truly second to none.
How do I know which size/length chain is best for me?
We offer chains in a variety of lengths, ranging from 16 to 26 inches. Select chains are crafted with 2 inch extensions for adjustable lengths. Our 22 inch chains tend to be the most popular length for most men. This length typically falls at a comfortable position on the chest, not too short or too long. But it’s important to consider your own personal preference as well as the diameter of your neck, which will largely determine where the chain lays on your chest. Can I get my chain wet?
Our materials are specifically chosen for their durability, so that you can wear your JAXXON chain every day. You may get your chain wet, but we recommend drying your products as soon as possible with a cloth towel. Like all precious metals, to maintain lasting shine and durability you will want to keep it away from harsh chemicals.

Can I personalize my jewelry?
We offer engraving services on select products so you can add a personal touch to your jewelry and gifts! Shop from our engravable collection here. At this time, we are only able to engrave 1-8 English characters (no emojis). The engraving is size 8 in Arial font. Due to their custom nature, these products require an additional 1-2 business days to fulfill and cannot be returned or exchanged. The engraving may look different depending on the size of the product and the placement of the engraving. If you have questions about the engraving process or what it might look like, please reach out to our Customer Support Team.
Will the gold-bonded chain irritate my neck?
Because our chains are made of the highest quality materials, they will not irritate your skin or turn your skin green. If you have skin sensitivities, talk to one of our experts on our customer support team, and we’ll assist you with your purchase.

How do I send a gift card?
Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with a JAXXON gift card. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. Please note gift cards are non-refundable.
Does JAXXON offer discounts or coupons?
We offer 20% off sets and chain stacks. We also extend discounts to customers for building their own bundle and signing up for SMS/email. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about all discounts, sales, and promotions. Only one promo/discount code can be applied to each order, no exceptions. During a sitewide sale, all other promo/discount codes are invalid until the sale ends. Promo and discount codes cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed. How do I check out with Shop Pay?
First, add items to your cart. During checkout, you will be given the option select Shop Pay under Express Checkout or you can select Shop Pay during the payment section of the checkout process. Your first installment is due at the time of purchase, and the 3 remaining payments are due 2, 4, and 6 weeks after your order is placed. These payments can be made manually or set up as automatic payments. You can also pay off the installments early or all at once with zero penalties.
How does the Shop Pay payment plan work?
You can split your order amount into 4 equal payments, with the first installment due at checkout. Orders must be between $50 and $3,000 USD, including discounts, shipping, and taxes. Your shipping address must be in the United States to qualify for Shop Pay.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If you fail to make a payment, there are no additional fees or charges, but future applications to use Shop Pay installments might be affected. Your credit will not be affected by missing payments.
Can I return or exchange a product I purchased using Shop Pay?
Yes! Returns and exchanges are still applicable to our policy. If you return your item, the refunded amount will return to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated.
How does a "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" promotion work?
During any time of a “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” or "3 For 2" promotion, the discount will be applied to the lesser-valued product. This promotion does not apply to solid gold products. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.If you'd like to exchange one of your products, you can visit our Returns Portal or contact our support team for assistance.
