I ordered this necklace for a concert and did two-day shipping. Once I received the notice that the delivery date was not going to be within the two days, I reached out to customer service, who responded very promptly and explained the confusion, and then I received the product within the two days after the shipping label was prepared. I Love It!
I belong to an organization where pearls are always worn, both for formal and informal events. All of mine have been costume quality, which doesn't hold up well. I purchased this necklace for a national conference being held in July.I wanted pearl earrings as well, but they were sold out. I will be purchasing another necklace with larger pearls.
