Customer Service very,very nice and knowledgable.Had a delivery issue and product switch.They did not give exchange or fix my issue but was very much investigating the issue.No problem fixed because I had engraving done,but again was wonderful.I immediately turned around and bought a whole other set not engraved.I do feel should of compensated me for the switch and bait issue.But will give 2nd shot on this I have many pieces and will love to get more.Good Job Customer Service

8mm Women Cuban Bracelet
It's a beautiful bracelet. It fits me perfectly. Next time I'll order 7" but I'm extremely happy with 6.5". Since I received it, I haven't taken it off.

I was extremely excited to open the womans Cuban link bracelet and thought I hD ordered it with engraving but apparently I didn't. I called them and they suggested I return it and reorder the same bracelet but with engraving. Everyone was very helpful and walked me through the process which was very easy. Delivery was very fast and everyone got an A+ for all the hands on help. The bracelet is lovely and I will definately order from them again. A great experience all around. I strongly recommend this very cooperative company. It was a pleasure working with them!

Nice bracelet but size is a little small.
This is a nice quality bracelet and not my first purchase from Jaxxon. I will say that I always have worn a size 7 and this one was too snug for me so I gave it to my girlfriend.
