i had to send the bracelet back because it was too small.
customer service was very receptive to me to return my bracelet
for the next biggest size. the return is now in process just waiting for them to inspect
the return before they send the bigger size back to me. this is my first Jaxxon purchase
but it will not be my last. just received an email from them for a very nice watch.
