This will be my 2nd jaxxon chain, and im highly pleased with the customer service and the craftsmanship of chains, ive got the 3mm and 10mm Cubans, and I got talk highly enough about them. The attention to detail that goes into each chain is amazing, the clasps are very well constructed and there is nothing cheap in how they were made, its overall and very sturdy chain, and they look great. The overturn on receiving my order was only like 3 days which is awesome!!! I love my jaxxon chains and this will probably not be my last!!

I reached out to jaxxon because I've always wanted to buy a piece of their jewelry. I just never have the extra money as a single father with two kids who are in school and sports and what not. After expressing my wanting to own their jewelry and how much I liked this company they messaged back and gave me a free 50 dollar gift card now if that don't speak volumes about this company I mean come on. The pendant is very detailed! Very sleek and subtle design. 8.5/10! But the clasp to feed it onto a chain could do with being alittle wider. Did not fit the 8mm chain I purchased.
