I emailed them about a ring a bought a few months ago that had lost a gem and wasn’t expecting an answer back in less than a couple days but instead got a reply within half an hour! The offered me a solution and made the process super easy. The ring itself had no defects and didn’t feel cheaply made. I got my new ring and it is amazing!
