Replacement made easy

I was gifted the cuban link chain about two years ago. The latch on it broke recently so i submitted a request for a new one since they provide replacements free of charge. The process was extremely easy and seamless and I got responses back very quickly. Once I sent a picture of what was broken, i immediately received a QR code to take to a nearby drop off location (there were a lot). When I went to drop it off, all they did was scan the code and take my broken necklace. A few days later a new one arrived in the mail. Great experience!

Beautiful Chain

I got the silver Cuban 3mm 24 inch. It fits great! I can slip it off and on without using the clasp. If you like a bit more room to slip it on and off get the 26 inch. Nice shine and I swap out a few different pendants with this chain to change up the look. With this length the pendants hang halfway between the neck and nipple line.
