Bracelet is beautiful, but service amazing!
I ordered 2 bracelets for my husband for Christmas. Sadly they were slightly too small. But Jaxxon's return/exchange process was so incredibly easy that I'm replacing them with a larger bracelet and necklace set. I will not hesitate to purchase from them again. These chains are beautiful, and the customer service is outstanding!

It had been a while since I had bought anything from JAXXON but now I remember why I love their products. High quality feel and really adds a style to my appearance with any outfit I am wearing.
