Shipping: (5 stars) very fast and accurate updates Packaging: (3 stars) packaging was damaged on the inside, the foam that holds the chains was ripped. Outside was not damaged so I am not sure how that happened. Presentation: (4 stars) Chains looked shiny and it very good shape. Wear: The clasps are cool! Overall Fitting: 22 inch Cuban 5mm looks amazing! The Franco 5mm 24 inch chain was too big and did not look good with the 5mm cuban chain. Customer Service: (2 stars) I have been trying to exchange the 24 inch franco since it is too big for me for another smaller 3mm chain but it is extremely tough to get answers. I sent in an email and then waited forever for the online customer chat for someone to respond.
