This necklace is both functional as everyday wear (now that they redesigned the claw clasp) and were very responsive in getting that taken care of. I've since purchased earrings, and they are perfect! It's rare to find an online company with this level of customer support. If nothing else, give them a try based on knowing that they work hard to make your experience right. Rare indeed!

15yr's Later Upgrade
I've been wearing my previous smaller yet simular chain for the past 15yrs. After continuous advertisement from you guys I decided to update/upgrade to one of your chains.
