This was my 2nd order with Jaxxon. First one (gold rope chain/cross) went great. In my second order 2 of the items were exactly as expected however the 3rd item was a little shorter than I thought (Gold chain was 20' vs 26') . Started the return process and Courtney was a big help. Took about 3 weeks or so but returned that one item and was refunded today.
