Lhyza was super helpful in editing my mistake in my order. I ordered a 20 inch length and Lhyza was more than helpful in assisting me to updating up to a 22 inch chain. This is my son’s second chain from Jaxxon and he couldn’t be any happier with their product and I can say I couldn’t be any happier with their service.

Made a mistake
Made a mistake on a purchase. Wanted to see a total price on an order and accidentally hit proceed to checkout. And completed the purchase. And wasn’t to prepared to make purchase at this time but later on in the month. Mae assisted me with canceling the purchase and making things right for me.
