If you are thinking about buying it...do it!
This is an amazing company! Nice quality product, fast shipping and awesome customer service! I ordered the 16" and realized it was going to be too short for my grandson when it arrived. I chatted with customer service and they had me a return label in minutes. I returned it to a local Happy Returns location. In a few minutes I had an email with a gift card to purchase a replacement chain for the purchase price plus $20 extra for my trouble!
They went above and beyond to take care of my issue!!!
