Amazing no-hassle customer service
I have been seeing this brand everywhere from the jewelry store, to social media and even a few friends of mine own pieces. I wanted to buy something for my boys of quality, but nothing that would break the bank. Once I received the chains, I realized one was perfect for my youngest, but my six-year-old needed a longer length. After sending my dilemma to the customer service email, I was addressed immediately and so kindly by Sofia and Issa; the issue was resolved the same day. I was able to setup an exchange for the chain and just drop off the return at my nearest post office; label taken care of.
